The NaPO Conservation Cup is a unique initiative by Nature And People As One (NaPO), a CDKN Knowledge-to-Action grantee and grassroots organisation based in Karare, Marsabit County, Northern Kenya.

Founded in 2018 by local youth, NaPO works hand-in-hand with pastoralist communities to protect, manage, and restore rangelands and the vital ecosystem services they provide. This documentary captures the 2025 edition of the NaPO Conservation Cup, filmed in April 2025, and produced in collaboration with Routes Adventure.

More than just a football tournament, the NCC is a growing movement that brings together youth, sport, and environmental restoration to foster community-driven conservation and climate action.
