Small steps in Bangkok climate change talks
CDKN’s Head of Negotiations Support, Dan Hamza-Goodacre, reports from the latest meeting of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), held in Bangkok from 30 August – 5 September.
