CFAS launches new climate finance daily briefings service
The Climate Finance Advisory Service is launching a new service, CFAS Daily Briefings which will provide concise, informative updates on key meetings and climate negotiations.
This project focuses on identifying opportunities for taking forward the National Financing Strategy (NFS) approach which helps to identify the key financing challenges and opportunities for implementation of Low Carbon Development Strategies in Chile, Colombia and Peru.
This project aims to address the gap between knowledge on gender and climate finance issues and demonstrate that attention to gender issues can strengthen the impact and effectiveness of climate finance, in particular mitigation finance

Securing safe water in sub-Saharan Africa
An innovative programme currently being piloted in Uganda hopes to address the issue of contaminated water through financial incentives for the maintenance of safe water sources and adequate hygiene. If successful, it may provide a model to be used elsewhere in Sub-Saharan Africa.
