What has CDKN been up to? Three years of weaving knowledge and action on climate change   Since 2018, CDKN's ‘Knowledge Accelerator’ has grown our ‘knowledge-in-action’ services, as well as further cultivating climate leadership, learning and collaboration within and across developing countries. Namibia is heating up: what global warming of 2°C means for this climate change hotspot A new animation from a CDKN-funded project in Namibia highlights the impacts of 2°C global warming on the country's vulnerable sectors, including agriculture, health and the economy, and recommends urgent adaptation action.

'One river, all its water' : Bringing climate and gender perspectives to water management in Patagonia It's challenging to communicate scientific information clearly for use in public policy-making. A group of researchers from Argentina took up the task, and sought to introduce climate and gender concerns into management of the Chubut River basin in Patagonia, Argentina. CDKN’s María José Pacha reports.

Film: Adapting to climate change in the Oshana Region, Namibia The Oshana Region of Namibia has been hard-hit by climate change, especially droughts, which have drastically disrupted farming practices and livelihoods. This film explores the experiences of community members in adapting to the changing climate.
