The Africa Climate Change Resilience Alliance (ACCRA) has developed the Local Adaptive Capacity framework (LAC), to frame its research. CDKN is funding ACCRA over a 6-month period to July 2011 to help it undertake deeper engagement with country governments and policy-makers.

This project looked at how Uganda can strengthen climate-smart value chains, specifically in the dairy sector in southwest region and in the livestock sector, as well as the emerging issue of interest in Uganda and other partner countries in environment/climate related migration.
