Climate compatible development in cities : Lessons from Latin America and the Caribbean Maria Jose Pacha, Knowledge and Networks Coordinator for CDKN in Latin America and the Caribbean, shares lessons learned that were developed in a knowledge-exchange event in Quito in July 2015.
