Ali Cambray

Alison has 15 years’ experience as a specialist in environmental policy, including on climate change mitigation, adaptation, water quality and flood management. An Assistant Director in PwC’s Sustainability & Climate Change team, she works with central and local governments and businesses to develop and implement climate change strategies and programmes in the UK and around the world. Experienced in programme management and stakeholder engagement, Alison also brings skills in mainstreaming climate change objectives into wider development priorities, investment plans and decision-making processes. Alison joined CDKN in June 2010 as Head of Technical Assistance and worked with the regional teams to develop and build CDKN's demand-led country portfolio. In 2013 she became Head of Country Support, reflecting CDKN's increasingly strategic approach to country engagement. She also lead CDKN's Sub-national and Urban working group. In 2015, as CDKN moves to becoming a multi-donor funded entity, Alison became CDKN’s Future Funding Lead, coordinating opportunities for collaboration with new funding partners.
