CDKN has just launched a guide to the climate finance agenda items under discussion at CoP19. This guide provides negotiators with a synopsis of the key climate finance discussions undertaken during the past year under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). It assesses possible outcomes in Warsaw that can prepare the way – together with decisions at COP20 in 2014 – for the new global agreement on climate change, which will be agreed at the COP in Paris in 2015.
