The Co-ordination subcomponent of the National Climate Change Response Strategy (NCCRS) Action Plan. This work supported the Climate Change Secretariat in the Ministry for Environment and Mineral Resources (MEMR), Government of Kenya, to implement the 8 thematic subcomponents of the Action Plan, namely: Low-carbon pathway; Policy framework; Adaptation plan; Priority National Appropriate Mitigation Actions (NAMAs); Research and development and technology transfer; Performance monitoring; Knowledge management and capacity development; and Finance.
