New IPCC report: Only a short time remains to limit global warming to 1.5°C
The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has released its latest assessment of the physical science of global warming. It warns that countries must cut greenhouse gas emissions quickly and sharply, to avoid the most dangerous consequences of climate change. There is still time to limit average global warming to 1.5°C, but nations must act now. CDKN's Mairi Dupar reports.

Event on climate finance communications reveals ‘expectations gap’
Developed and developing country representatives met on Friday 11 June 2021 to respond to the UNFCCC’s first biennial communications on future levels of climate finance flows. The event revealed a gap in expectations between developing and developed countries. Creative technical solutions can bridge the gap.
