Amy Kirbyshire - CDKN Research Programme Officer

Amy is a geographer based in the Risk and Resilience programme at the Overseas Development Institute. Alongside her research at ODI Amy is a research coordinator with CDKN, supporting the delivery of CDKN’s action-oriented research programme and thought leadership on climate resilience. She has particular interest in urban climate change adaptation and resilience.

Amy holds an MSc in Disasters, Adaptation and Development from King's College London, and a BSc in Geography from the University of Sheffield. Prior to joining ODI, Amy worked for the IFRC on climate change and urban risk, and previously interned with the Red Cross/ Red Crescent Climate Centre in Caribbean and with the Asian Disaster Preparedness Centre in Bangkok.
