Se trata de un consorcio que trabaja para aumentar el "uso de la evidencia en el diseño y ejecución de las intervenciones humanitarias y de desarrollo para aumentar la capacidad de las comunidades pobres y vulnerables" por parte de los gobiernos y los actores del desarrollo relacionados con adaptación.
