Sam works as a Project Manager in CDKN's Negotiations Support team. He works with a range of stakeholders to build the negotiating capacity of those countries most vulnerable to the effects of climate change.

He is passionate about climate policy and is particularly interested in the impact of international negotiations on country-level policy. In PwC's Sustainability and Climate Change team Sam has focused on the team's green growth and carbon markets work.

Sam has a BA in History along with an MA in Conflict, Governance and Development from the University of York
