Arsema joined the CDKN Ethiopia team in 2020 and led the gender and climate change project from 2020-2022. She has extensive experience in climate change and conservation and has worked on a range of projects since 2003. Prior to joining SSN, Arsema worked for the Climate Resilient Green Economy (CRGE) facility through the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) as the focal person for forestry and Reduced Emission from Deforestation and Degradation (REDD) projects that were managed by the facility.
