Coordinated Low Emissions Assistance Network (CLEAN)

The Coordinated Low Emissions Assistance Network (CLEAN) was established in November 2009 with an aim to improve communication and coordination of national and international organizations that are assisting developing countries with preparation and implementation of comprehensive low GHG emission development plans and strategies. This includes support for technology needs assessments, low carbon and clean energy development plans, technology roadmaps and low carbon technology deployment programs.
