Exploring Climate Leadership: How to Maximise your Potential

What skills and knowledge do climate leaders need? Is it enough to know all the facts about climate science or is the way that you motivate, engage and influence other people more important?

LEAD is the world’s largest international non-profit organisation focused on leadership and sustainable development. Over the past 20 years we have helped thousands of emerging leaders in different countries and cultures to develop their leadership potential and communicate and realise their vision.

Our event will take participants on a facilitated leadership journey with a diverse group of climate leaders. Participants will have the chance to explore the key dimensions of successful leadership and learn to enhance their influencing skills in the context of climate change. This event will also provide participants with the opportunity to experience the LEAD approach to learning and network with other sustainability leaders.

Who is this event for?
