CPD courses at Coventry University: high carbon farming and water security in the landscape
Coventry University’s Centre for Agroecology and Food Security will run two CPD courses in November:
7-8th November: Water security in the landscape
The course will cover practical water security issues, as well as flood and drought moderation in the landscape. The course will be delivered by high level national and international speakers, including Australian Regenerative Landscape expert Darren Doherty, Jay Abrahams, Julian Jones and representatives from the Environment Agency.
9th November: High Carbon Farming – how to do it!
The course will cover the principles of innovative and ecological land management practices that both reduce fossil carbon use and are high on carbon sequestration. Delivered by Darren Doherty.
