4th Africa Water Week: water for growth in Africa

The Africa Water Week represents a political commitment at the highest level where governments, regional institutions, international partners, the private sector, the scientific community, civil society, and the media from all over the world, and in particular Africa, meet to discuss and collectively seek solutions to Africa’s water and sanitation challenges.  CDKN is working closely alongside the Global Water Partnership (GWP) and the African Ministers’ Council on Water (AMCOW) in the development of a Framework for Water Security and Climate Resilience. The Framework is central to a larger programme being implemented by GWP on water, climate and development (WACDEP) and will be launched at the African Water Week.
