Ram Chandra Khanal - Country Engagement Lead for Nepal

Based in Nepal, and with 15 years of experience in environment and development in South Asia, Ram Chandra Khanal is an experienced evaluator and project manager in natural resources management, biodiversity management and adaptation to climate change. He specialises in evaluation cycle management (design, planning, implementation, supervision and use), M&E framework, baseline, M&E plans, logframe, theory of change/result based management, impact and performance evaluation and sampling

Ram Chandra Khanal joined CDKN as Country Engagement Lead for Nepal in 2011, having previously worked with ADB, UNEP, UNDP, IUCN, ICIMOD, GERES, Green Hill Bangladesh, DFID and various government ministries in Nepal. His geographical experience spans over Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, India, Brazil, China and Tajikistan, while he has authored more than a dozen articles.
