Mochamad Indrawan - Strategy Advisor - Indonesia
Mochamad “Didi” Indrawan joined CDKN as Indonesia Strategy Advisor in June 2013. Didi has academic and practical backgrounds in ecology, nature conservation, and sustainable development.
He teaches ecological courses at the University of Indonesia, including tropical forest management and restoration. The biological conservation text book he co-authored with Richard Primack and Jatna Supriatna has now had its fourth printing in Indonesia.
A member of two IUCN specialist groups (World Commission on Protected Areas and Bird Red List Authority), Didi has also been a research associate at Kansas University, USA, and visiting scholar at Kyushu University, Japan. He serves on the editorial board of the recently established IAFOR Journal of Sustainability, Energy and the Environment.
