OPPORTUNITY: Call for expressions of interest – Knowledge Management Evaluation and Impact Assessment Project

CDKN is seeking a supplier to undertake the Knowledge Management (KM) Evaluation and Impact Assessment Project between September – December 2014. The aim of the project is to evaluate the quality and usefulness of a sample of CDKN’s knowledge products (publications, website articles and films) from the past year. The study should generate meaningful data on usability and quality by gathering feedback from an expert panel and a broader users survey.
The study will support:
(a) CDKN’s reporting on its logframe indicators to its donors, the UK Department for International Development and Netherlands Foreign Ministry;
(b) CDKN’s ongoing programme management.
The supplier would be commissioned to gather data and provide analysis of the excellence and usefulness of CDKN’s knowledge products disaggregated by product type, by gender of respondent and on the basis of whether respondents were developed or developing country based.
